CEO/president dickinson theatres, inc. — 1990-2000
I brought change to the corporate culture by engendering trust, innovation and individualism. For too long Dickinson Theatres had been plagued by a command and control system of management and the challenge was to bring that around by empowering people to work toward innovation and seeking changes that were needed to survive in the current hostile market. I took a $20M a year company to a $40M a year company during my tenure. www.dtmovies.com
